Studio Instructions

• We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the class.
• Please note: Arriving a few minutes after the class starts means you will not be able to enter.
• Please wear a facemask on entry and use hand sanitizer at the desk.
• Take your shoes off at the entrance Check-in at the desk with your teacher.
• Set up your mat/use a mat provided.
• Utilise our spray and paper cloths to clean the mats.
• Take the mask off when on the mat.
• ENJOY THE CLASS !
